Refund/cancellation Policy

  2. Any journey cancelled less than 4 hours prior to booked time will result in a charge to the customer’s credit/debit card. The amount to be charged in such situation will be decided by BAtransfer.com depending on the pick up distance/place/parking or other charges subject to a minimum of £25.00.

  3. Any journey cancelled more than 24 hours prior to booked time will result in a £0.00 charge of the journeys amount to the customer credit/debit card.

  4. Any journey booked where the passenger is un-contactable 30 minutes after the booked time will result in a charge to the customer’s credit/debit card. The amount to be charged in such situation will be decided by BAtransfer.com depending on the pick up distance/place/parking or other charges subject to a minimum of £25.00.
